What types of credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card credit cards are accepted payment methods.

How do I place my order?
To place an order your must first select a reseller in your area. Once you have selected a reseller proceed to locating and adding your products to your shopping cart. When you have concluded your shopping click the Cart button. You will be asked to enter your account information or create a new account. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your local salesrep.

What shipping methods are available?
Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available. Contact your reseller about ship-to-store availability on truck freight orders.

Do you ship overseas?
Current shipping methods are restricted to North America. If you have a need for overseas shipments please contact the reseller directly for further shipping opportunities.

How do I track my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has left the warehouse facility. If you loose your tracking information, contact the reseller for shipping & tracking information.

How do I return an item?
If you have an item that is damaged or incorrect. Contact the reseller to authorize a return. You will be required to provide a copy of your packing slip. You can find the resellers contact information on the packing slip.

How do estimate freight?
To estimate freight on a order you must first select a reseller, add item(s) to your cart. Click the View Cart link at the top of the screen. This will display your cart selections and zip/postal code freight estimator.
